We would like to thank you for your interest in our company. The responsible authority for the offer of this website is Jurchen Technology GmbH. We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the relevant laws on data protection and IT security are observed. Below you will find out what information we may collect and how we use it.
Log files and cookies
When you visit our website or access a file, data about this process is stored in a log file on our Internet server. This means that when you visit our website, data is automatically collected and stored that your browser transmits to us.
This is the case:
- the domain name of the website you came from
- the website you have visited in our offer
- the names of the files retrieved
- date and time of a call
- the name of your Internet service provider
- operating system and browser version of your PC
- Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
- language settings
This data is collected for security and statistical purposes as well as for the optimization of our website. This data is not assigned to specific persons and no combination of this data with other data sources is carried out. The data is stored for 6 months and then deleted. An exception is when there is a legal obligation to pass on data.
So-called session cookies remain on your computer for the duration of your visit to our website. Persistent cookies are stored beyond your individual visit and are used for recognition during your next visit. Our website may also contain cookies from third parties. These are cookies, which are set by third parties when viewing the content of our website.
Legal protection for children
Children should not transmit any personal data to us without the consent of their parents or guardian. We encourage all parents and guardians to instruct their children in the safe and responsible handling of personal data on the Internet. In any case, we will not knowingly collect personal data from children or use it in any way or disclose it to third parties without authorization.
Jurchen Technology GmbH takes precautions to ensure the security of your personal data. Your data will be conscientiously protected against loss, destruction, falsification, manipulation and unauthorized access or unauthorized disclosure. The transmission of your data from the Internet is partially unencrypted. As a result, unauthorized access by third parties cannot be completely excluded.
Links to external websites
Our website contains links to external websites operated by third parties, the content of which we cannot influence. For this reason, we cannot accept any responsibility for this third-party content. In each and every case, the third party making the linked website available or operating it is responsible for its content. When the link was created to these websites, they were reviewed as to whether they violated any laws. At the time the link was set, no content was recognizable that was in violation of the law. Furthermore, we cannot reasonably be expected to permanently control the content of the pages of third parties to which we have links if there is no concrete indication of a law being violated. However should any such violations of the law become known to us, we will remove the link in question immediately.
You have the right to request free of charge information about your stored personal data and to object to the processing or use of your data, as far as this does not contradict the purpose (e. g. contract). In addition, you can assert your rights to block, delete and correct your personal data against us. If you have any questions or suggestions on the subject of data protection, please contact us at email@example.com or by letter to the above address. Without prejudice to any other remedy, you have the right to appeal to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State where you reside, work or suspected infringement.
The further development of the Internet has an impact on our data protection strategy. Changes will be announced on this page in due time. (Link to the former data protection declaration if available).
Anonymization of the IP address
In order to enable you to use our website anonymously, we have deliberately refrained from logging IP addresses. We will pseudonymise your IP address before storing it in our web server log file in a data protection compliant process. The pseudonymised IP addresses are used by us, for example, to detect and counteract attacks or to create web statistics.
Use of Google Analytics with IP-anonymization
If you subscribe to our company’s newsletter, the data will be transmitted to the controller in the respective input mask.
When registering for the newsletter, the IP address of the user as well as the date and time of registration are saved. This serves to prevent misuse of the services or e-mail address of the person concerned. The data will not be passed on to third parties. An exception is when there is a legal obligation to pass on data.
The subscription to the newsletter can be cancelled by the person concerned at any time. Likewise, consent to the storage of personal data can be revoked at any time. For this purpose, there is a corresponding link in every newsletter.
Use of social plugins
For data protection purposes, we have deliberately decided against using plug-ins of social networks. Therefore, there will be no generally automatic transfer to social networks as Facebook, Twitter or YouTube for example by accessing our website. Instead HME provides a hyperlink to the requested social network.
The plugins are identifiable by a Facebook logo (black letter f on white background or a thumb up icon), the notice “Facebook Social Plugin”, a black bird on a white background for the Twitter button, a YouTube logo or a white “in” on a white background for LinkedIn.
Contact form / Blog function
On the website there is a contact form / blog function that can be used for electronic contact. Alternatively, it is possible to contact us via the provided e-mail address. If you contact us via one of these channels, the personal data transmitted by the person concerned will be automatically stored. The storage serves solely for the purpose of processing or contacting. The data will not be passed on to third parties. It is forbidden to use the contact form or the blog for offences that are illegal or punishable by law. Misconduct is passed on by us to the competent authority for further investigation.
Application for employment
Great that you want to be part of our company. By sending us your application documents, you give us your consent to store, process and forward your personal data for our internal application process. Your personal data will be treated confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Any personal data from your application and from all attachments that you send us will only be processed to the persons involved by Jurchen Technology’s personnel department on behalf for the purpose of the application procedure. Your personal data is accessible to the respective HR managers and is made available to the managers and decision-makers of the relevant specialist department. They are not permitted to pass on the data and/or to use them in any other way than for the selection of applications. Your application documents will be deleted after the legal retention period.
